Refund Policy

At Uttam, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in delivering fresh, hand-picked vegetables, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as expected.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement:

  1. Wrong item delivered
  2. Damaged, rotten, or spoiled produce upon delivery
  3. Missing items from your order

How to Claim: 

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at 0325-4588826 or email at support@uttampk.com. Please share your order details along with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right.

Not Eligible for Refund:

  1. Taste, size, or appearance variations natural to fresh produce
  2. Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery
  3. Delays caused by factors beyond our control (weather, road conditions, etc.)

Approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days through the original payment method. Alternatively, we may offer a replacement delivery at our discretion.
