Refund Policy
At Uttam, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in delivering fresh, hand-picked vegetables, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as expected.
Eligible for Refund or Replacement:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged, rotten, or spoiled produce upon delivery
- Missing items from your order
How to Claim:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at 0325-4588826 or email at support@uttampk.com. Please share your order details along with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right.
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Taste, size, or appearance variations natural to fresh produce
- Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery
- Delays caused by factors beyond our control (weather, road conditions, etc.)
Approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days through the original payment method. Alternatively, we may offer a replacement delivery at our discretion.
