By placing an order on Uttam, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Availability We do our best to keep all listed products available and fresh. On rare occasions, an item may be out of stock due to seasonal changes. In such cases, we'll reach out to you before your order is processed to offer a suitable alternative or a full refund, whichever you prefer. 

2. Pricing All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order.

3. Delivery

  1. Uttam's official rider delivers within Clifton & DHA 
  2. For all other areas across Karachi, delivery is available via Bykea,  rider charges will be borne by the customer
  3. Delivery timings: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  4. Next-day orders are accepted even after store hours (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
  5. Uttam is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather/traffic etc.)

4. Payments Orders must be paid as per the method agreed at checkout. Uttam reserves the right to cancel unpaid or suspicious orders.

5. Use of Service You must be of legal age and capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order. Our platform and products are for personal use only and may not be resold commercially. 

6. Limitation of Liability Uttam is not responsible for any indirect loss arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to spoilage after delivery or incorrect storage by the customer.

7. Changes to Terms Uttam reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Cancellation Policy You may cancel or modify your order free of charge by contacting us via WhatsApp before your scheduled delivery. Cancellations requested after this window may not be accommodated as your order may already be out for delivery.
